Your download contains four individual PDFs, a combined PDF, and a printing guide, packaged in one ZIP file. There are six unique template pages; the combined PDF repeats those pages for convenience.
FORMAT AND PRINTING
US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches). Print the pages you need and reuse the blank templates for each shift. For the 7-patient layout, print double-sided using the included guide. A color printer is optional; check the pale gray lab labels on a test print.
